    Thanks for this tip! Definitely going to add it to my repertoire of warm up exercises. My problem is sustaining this in the higher registers which requires even more breath support so I find myself running out of breath more. But as you said … practice makes perfect.

    Hi, Sara! I love your site and your tips..I'm incorporating them in my daily regimen. I was wondering on these warmups if I should start in chest voice and switch to head when it gets higher? If so, at what point should I flip? Thanks so much for your help!
