About

Hello singers!

Singing Television is a unique online video weblog for singers of all types, young, old, professional, amateur, and beginners.  It’s the world’s most innovative new way to take voice lessons, and offered up for absolutely free.  Viewers watch Singing TV and write questions via comments and emails to generate ideas for new episodes on voice lessons, singing tips, and interviews.  Aspiring or accomplished, everyone can find something on Singing Television that will help them learn how to sing, perform, read, write, or communicate how to sing better.  You can, too!  You can even watch Singing Television in secret until you’re ready for your world to hear your new voice.

Please take advantage of the comments section to leave your comments as well as ask questions or give subject ideas for me to cover.  I’ll soon be instituting a live session where you can join me and ask your singing questions live.  Thanks for visiting, sing your heart out, and please, SPREAD THE WORD!

How wonderful that you are doing this website. I have always wanted to sing at worship service. I think with the exercises you have posted, I will be in better control of my voice in a short while. How happy I that you are there! Thanks!

This is a wonderful and informative site. I wanted to know in addition to singing riffs and runs, what are some good exercises for just singing a solid note (without any bumps/vibrato), just a good solid straight tone.

I tried to sign up for your email but when I clicked on the link to confirm, I got the following message.
‘Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn’t here.’

Maybe this is ok and I am signed up anyway.  Sorry for putting this message here but I couldn’t find another address.

Your site is great and I’ve learned to breathe correctly just from one view of your video.

I have been teaching singing for nearly twenty years and I love your site and your work. I’d love to see you compare and contrast some basic vocal exercises demonstrated in varying styles – jazz vs classical vs blues maybe? Just an idea – love everything. Well Done

      My pleasure, Corina. Thanks!

How do you make a smooth transition from your chest voice to your head voice to reach higher notes.

Do you think you will ever do lessons on singing harmony? There are some songs that are easier for me to sing harmony on & there are some I either can’t find the harmony or I struggle to stay in harmony. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
